I was thinking about listing an upbeat new Funk find today, but then my AC broke and ATT has my phone lines messed up, so my mood was more along the lines of a Tom Waits Style vocal.

I recently stumbled on the Hot Bitch Arsenal ( HBA), and am having a great time immersing myself in their tunes. Although they class themselves as electronic, they are somewhere in the land of Norah Jones meet Electronica. It may sound frightening, but the mix will move you. This song ( especially for Harry Potter fans...) is still free. Their most recent album is still under a buck and a half on amiestreet.
